A.D. (Three descriptions)

A.D. (Three Descriptions) is a sculpture that reflects on the practice of describing artworks and other cultural material. It makes available an interview between myself and professional audio describer Lara Torr about the complexities and politics of the practice of audio description.

This interview is displayed on a custom display table, available in various forms: as text, large print book, and as an audio recording.

An audio description by Lara of the entire piece as a sculptural object is available to listen to through headphones.
